Refund Policy

We at IT World Technologies provide high-quality services to make sure our customers are satisfied. Still, if any purchasers are dissatisfied with the services we deliver, a money-back guarantee will offer if the situation is genuine.

The refunds will take about 14 working days to process. They will likely refund to an account used at the time of purchase, and in the event of Payment Gateway, the refunds will make to the same Bank Account.

Terms and Conditions

 The person making the refund request must submit the request within 15 days of the order date. The project must not have begun without a programmer, designer, content contributor, or any other crew members.

 We do not offer refunds on area registrations, SMTP servers, dedicated hosting, bulk SMS, bulk email, website design, or SSL certificates.

Refund Policy at IT World

 You are eligible for money back only one time. If you have already asked for or received a refund before then, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
 When you register a domain name, it becomes your property, and you cannot return it until the domain's period has expired.
 IT World Technologies reserves the right to revise its refund policies at any time, without prior notice.
 There aren't any refunds for the cash spent on your advertising marketing campaign, including PPC, Google AdWords, and social media campaigns.
 You may receive a partial refund if a purchaser provides a legitimate reason for unsatisfactory service.
 No refund is applicable once your website has been designed and uploaded to the server. However, you can apply for a partial refund before the grand reveal. Please examine all the terms and requirements before placing an order.
